The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AIATSI 2025), organized by Hassan I University and partners, marks the 50th anniversary of the Green March and positions Africa as a proactive leader in responsible, human-centered AI. With over 500 participants including researchers, industry leaders, and innovators, the conference focuses on sustainable development, African integration, and ethical innovation.

AI Talent Connect is AIATSI's dedicated recruitment initiative to build a continental talent pipeline and foster strategic partnerships between academia and industry. Step 1: Application (Sept 1 – Nov 02, 2025) Submit CV, motivation statement, and portfolio at www.aiatsi.org/talent-connect
Step 2: Selection Joint committee evaluates candidates. 50 high-potential profiles selected based on technical skills, innovation mindset, and industry alignment
Step 3: Preparation (Oct – Nov 2025) Targeted coaching: mock interviews, technical refreshers, soft-skills training (online + Laayoune/Dakhla)
Step 4: Recruitment Day (Nov 6, 2025) On-site structured interviews with immediate feedback and potential offers for internships, junior roles, or R&D collaborations
Step 5: Career Launch Join leading tech companies and contribute to Africa's AI ecosystem
